Hello, my name is Andy. I’m a hobbyist from New York City working full-time in financial services and I have been around since early 2019 and began experimenting with AutoCAD in the summer of 2021. Consider this website as a portfolio of my creative endeavors.
Besides keyboards and work, I am usually eating at restaurants around the city, listening to music that is decades older than me, reading, or spending time with people I love.
I have to be genuinely passionate about a design to invest in its fabrication. Having spent over a year on Fusion360 before I fabricated anything, I am not one to prototype repeatedly and I tend to spend hours mulling over my measurements until I am confident the physical manifestation of my 3D model is viable. With works I ultimately produce for others, I am transparent about manufacturing costs and will usually not budge on design suggestions. Not trying to be stubborn - I have made it clear that I create these silly objects exclusively for personal use and not with the expectation of any public demand.
Probably working on a wedge right now…
